These are all really good photos, and such an interesting portrayal of the real scenes that make up this large city. I love the coiled cords hanging in a row. Everything you do is so artistic!
@Introverted Art, and Padmaja, Thanks so much! the last one was taken right outside the press room at the White House a couple of months ago :) . I kind of missed seeing the cherry blossoms around the lake because of my sprained leg and the rush of tourists that week meant it was too painful to walk or drive the car around the national monuments! I did see cherry blossoms around town and spring in full glory both in NYC and DC!

Loved the last one a bit more than the rest, seems you had an interesting day at DC. Did you miss the Cherri blossoms?

City's are filled with stuff that is not for tourists :-) You made some very good shots of the city 'behind' .
